Usually, we will send your parcel within 24-72 hours after receiving your payment.

We usually use the tracable shipping methods as EMS, DHL, Fedex, UPS, TNT to ship you the orders and the tracking numbers are available. As soon as the orders are shipped out, And you can receive your orders in 5 to 7 business days. Please make sure your shipping address is correct. So you can receive the package derectly. Thanks for your cooperation. For the customs clear, we have many methods and experiences, so your package is always safe for delivery.


NOTICE: If you are not at home when the parcel receive your home, the delivery company may send it for 1 or 2 times again. If your are still not at home again, They may be sent back. You'll have to pay for shipping fee when we send parcel to you again.

All packages must be signed for. If no one is home to receive your package, then it will be held in your local post until you are able to sign for the package. we stand behind every product we sell. If for any reason you are not happy with your order once you get it. You can send it back to us, we will refund the value of products to your next orders. All items must be in new unworn condition.

Return Policy

We will try our best to make sure the products shipped to our customers are in the best condition.

Before returning goods, please contact us first to discuss the issues you are having 90% of the time we are able to sort out the problem, without you having to send anything back.

Cases in new, unworn condition can always be returned for a full refund. You have to afford the return shipping fee.

No refunds will be given for WORN merchandise.

We process most returns within 1-3 days of their receipt back to our warehouse. Once your refund has been processed it can take your bank up to 10 days to post the credit to your account.

We cannot give a full refund such as:

"The product is not what I did imagine it to be."

"I am not satisfied with this product."

"I made a wrong order myself."

"I dont like the products now."

In 7 days (from the date products were received), if you request returning the purchased items because of the reasons above, you need to send back to us the products in original package (you will pay the shipping fees). When we receive the products sent back intactly, besides the shipping fees, we will also charge a 15% of restocking fee based on your order total amount and give you a partial refund.

Note: If the parcel be missed on the back way, we won't refund any more.
